What Is Time Management?

I can't control time management. Sometime I have many things to do in one day,and don't know how to allocate the time to complete things.
Two important steps to managing time is the list of "to do lists" and "completion List". The to-do list is used to remind you to do things, and a list of completed items is used to review your schedule. The to-do list highlights the goals, and the list of completed items focuses on showing achievements.
A good way to manage your time every day is to identify the urgent and important things to do today. It is recommended that the priorities be done on a daily basis and in this order. Want to be efficient has two steps. One is improve physical strength like fixed to do exercise,another is when you doing something,need to be focus on it.
If a task has no deadline, people tend to delay indefinitely until one day the task determines the deadline,Therefore, when managing time, it is best to set a reasonable, slightly urgent time period that can stimulate your continuous efforts.
Knowing how to plan the time is important for everyone and it is useful for our live.
